Today we made a trip to town. I think we have experienced all the tourist spots that Negombo can offer during a walk. Fishmarket, Dutch Canal (pictured) and St Mary’s Church.

The city is quite small and easy to get around. Centre consists of a myriad of shops of various kinds, heavily trafficked by tuc-tucs and self-appointed guides.

We became acquainted with Julian who took us to a local restaurant. At the restaurant, we were the main attraction for all Sri lankaner.

After a few afternoon hours on the beach we ate dinner at Petit restaurant, the tastiest, so far.
